SUMMARY:LEGO Build Lab: Rock Comet Defense Challenge
LOCATION:Elkridge Branch\, 6540 Washington Blvd\, Elkridge\, MD\, 21075\, US
URL:https://hocofeed.com/events/lego-build-lab-rock-comet-defense-challenge-2026-12-10-55bfda/
DESCRIPTION:Unlike most meteor showers formed by comets\, the Geminids are created by the asteroid 3200 Phaethon. In this build scenario\, a piece of this "rock comet" has broken off and is on a collision course with Earth. Build a LEGO spacecraft to intercept the asteroid 3200 Phaethon before its debris hits Earth\, emphasizing structural engineering and sci-fi storytelling.
